You agree not to use Clean R Pool for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
4. Pool Professional Accounts and Subscriptions
Pool Professionals may be required to maintain an eligible subscription to access certain Clean R Pool features.
Subscription pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation provisions, and available service areas are presented during the applicable subscription process and may be subject to change.
5. Customer Requests and Leads
Customers may submit service requests through Clean R Pool. Information submitted through a request may be provided to participating pool professionals for the purpose of responding to the request and providing pool service services.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their requested services.
6. Communications
Clean R Pool may communicate with users by email, telephone, SMS text message, or other available communication methods regarding accounts, services, transactions, requests, and other operational matters.
7. SMS Terms
Clean R Pool SMS Terms
By expressly opting in to receive SMS notifications from Clean R Pool, you agree to receive text messages from Clean R Pool at the mobile phone number you provided.
SMS messages may include transactional and service-related notifications, including lead notifications, account notifications, service activity, and other communications related to your use of Clean R Pool.
